Booking confirmation
Selecting a date and time creates a booking request. Your appointment is confirmed only after the Zyra care team contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone.

Consultation hours
Thirty-minute consultation requests are offered between 12:00 PM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–8:00 PM India Standard Time, subject to confirmation.
Clinical decisions
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, GLP-1 medicine or a particular treatment. The doctor decides what is clinically appropriate and may recommend tests or an in-person review.
Packages and third-party costs
The care-team confirmation will state the applicable fee and inclusions before payment. Medicines, diagnostic tests and third-party delivery are separate unless specifically included in the confirmed plan.
Cancellations and changes
Contact the care team as early as possible to change or cancel an appointment. Any applicable refund or rescheduling terms will be confirmed before payment.
Urgent care
Zyra is not an emergency service. For severe or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate local emergency care immediately.
